MC10H179FN

The MC10H179FN is designed as a functional/pinout duplication of the standard MECL 10K part, with 100% improvement in propagation delay and no increase in power supply current.

It has four features. (1)Power dissipation would be 300 mW typical. (2)Improved noise margin 150mV (over operating voltage and temperature range). (3)Voltage compensated. (4)MECL 10K compatible. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its power supply Vcc=0 would be from -8.0V to 0V. (2)Its input voltage Vcc=0 would be from 0Vdc to Vee. (3)Its output current continuous would be 50mA. (4)Its output current surge would be 100mA. (5)Its operating temperature range would be from 0°C to 75°C. (6)Its storage temperature would be from -55°C to +165°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics are concluded as follow. (1)Its power supply current would be max 72mA. (2)Its input current high would be max 275uA for pins 5 and 9 and it would be max 320uA for pins 4, 7 and 11 and it would be max 415uA for pins 14 and it would be max 465uA for pin 12 and it would be max 510uA for pins 10 and 13. (3)Its input current low level would be min 0.5uA. (4)Its high output voltage would be min -0.98V and max -0.81V. (5)Its low output voltage would be min -1.95V and max -1.63V. (6)Its high input voltage would be min -1.13Vdc and max -0.81Vdc. (7)Its low input voltage would be min -1.95Vdc and it would be max -1.48Vdc. (8)Its propagation delay would be min 0.4ns and max 1.5ns for P to PG and it would be min 0.7ns and max 2.4ns for G, P, Cn to Cn or Gg. And so on.
