MC12053AD General Description
The MC12053AD is a super low power ÷64/65, ÷128/129 dual modulus prescaler. It is is featured to reduce current drain to 50 µA typical at 2.7 V when the standby pin, SB, is switched LOW, disabling the prescaler.
The features of MC12053AD can be summarized as:(1)1.1 GHz Toggle Frequency; (2)Supply Voltage of 2.7 to 5.5 V; (3)Low Power 1.5 mA Typical at VCC = 2.7 V; (4)Operating Temperature Range of 40 to 85°C; (5)OnChip Output Termination; (6)The MC12053A Is Pin and Functionally Compatible With the MC12036; (7)Modulus Control Input Level Is Compatible With Standard CMOS and TTL.
The absolute maximum ratings of MC12053AD are:(1)Power Supply Voltage, Pin 2 :0.5V to 7.0 V; (2)Operating Temperature Range:40°C to 85 °C; (3)Storage Temperature Range:65°C to 150 °C; (4)Modulus Control Input, Pin 6:0.5V to VCC; (5)Maximum Output Current, Pin 4:4.0 mA.
