The MC1403DR2G is designed as one kind of precision band-gap voltage reference that can be used in (1)voltage reference for 8 to 12 bit D/A converters; (2)low TC zener replacement; (3)high stability current reference; (4)voltmeter system reference; (5)Pb-free package is available.
