The MC14515BDW is one member of the MC14515 family which is designed as the two output options of a 4 to 16 line decoder. This kind of decoder is constructed with Nchannel and Pchannel enhancement mode devices in a single monolithic structure. And the features of MC14515BDW are: (1)supply voltage range = 3.0 Vdc to 18 Vdc; (2)capable of driving two low - power TTL loads or one low - power schottky TTL load over the rated temperature range.
The absolute maximum ratings of the MC14515BDW can be summarized as:(1)DC Supply Voltage Range: -0.5 to +18.0 V;(2)Input or Output Voltage Range (DC or Transient): 0.5 to VDD + 0.5 V;(3)Input or Output Current (DC or Transient) per Pin: ±10 mA;(4)Power Dissipation, per Package: 500 mW;(5)Ambient Temperature Range: 55 to +125 °C;(6)Storage Temperature Range: 65 to +150 °C;(7)Lead Temperature (8Second Soldering): 260 °C.
