MC145416P

The MC145416P is a silicon gate HCMOS IC which converts keyboard inputs into either pulse or DTMF outputs for telephone dialing. All of the features for impementing pulse or DTMF or mixed dialing are provided, including 10 * 18-digit memories inclusive of last number redial. MC145416P also provides the advanced features of flash, 3*18 dedicated memories, note pad programing, and a dial mode status output.
 
To ensure the content of the memories is preserved,MC145416P is given the highest priority in power one reset, when the voltage drops below the minimum level,regardless of the switch hook status.

MC145416P has many unique features: (1) stand-alone pulse, DTMF, or mixed dialing; (2) pacifier tone output during pulse dialing; (3) dialing mode is pin selectable and changed by keyboard entry; (4) it uses low cost 3.5795 MHZ TV color burst crystal; (5) PABX pause storage; (6) dialing mode status indicator output; (7) 40/60 make break ratio; (8) flash funciton for transfer call in a PBX environment,etc.
