The MC145554DW is a type of all per channel PCM CodecFilters. The device performs the voice digitization and reco nstruction as well as the band limiting and smoothing required for PCM systems. It is designed to operate in both synchronous and asynchronous applications and including an onchip precision voltage reference. The MC145554 DW is a  general purpose device that is provided in 16pin packages. The device has an input operational amplifier whose output is the input to the encoder section.
