General Description
MC14573 General Description
The MC14573 is a kind of quad operational low power amplifier.The operating current is externally programmed with a resistor to provide a choice in the tradeoff of power dissipation and slew rates.
Features of the MC14573 are:(1)operating temperature ranfe is -40 to 85; (2)power supply is 3.0 V to 15 V (single) ; (3)wide input voltage range; (4)externally programmable power consumption with one or two resistors; (5)internally compensated operational amplifiers; (6)high input impedance.
The absolute maximum ratings of the MC14573 can be summarized as:(1): DC supply voltage(VDD) is -0.5 V to +18 V; (2): input voltage(all inputs)(Vin) is -0.5 V to VDD+0.5 V; (3): DC input current per pin(Iin) is ±10 mA; (4): programming current range is 2 mA; (5): operating temperature (Ta) is -40 to +85; (6): storage temperature (Tstg) is -65 to +150; (7): package power dissipation(PD) is 800 mW.
