MC1458SP1

The MC1458SP1 is one member of the MC1458 family which is designed as the dual BCD counter that is constructed with MOS Pchannel and Nchannel enhancement mode devices in a single monolithic structure. MC1458SP1 consists of two identical, independent, internally synchronous 4stage counters. And this device finds primary use in multistage synchronous or ripple counting applications requiring low power dissipation and/or high noise immunity.

Features of the MC1458SP1 are:(1)Diode Protection on All Inputs; (2)Supply Voltage Range = 3.0 Vdc to 18 Vdc; (3)Internally Synchronous for High Internal and External Speeds; (4)Logic Edge-clocked Design - Incremented on Positive Transition of Clock or Negative Transition on Enable; (5)Capable of Driving Two Low-power TTL Loads or One Low-power Schottky TTL Load Over the Rated Temperature Range.
