The MC1468705F2 is a kind of microcomputer unit (MCU) which is an EPROM member of the M146805 CMOS family of low-cost, single-chip microcomputers. This 8-bit microcomputer contains an on-chip oscillator, a CPU, RAM, EPROM, self-programming boostrap ROM, I/O and a timer.
