MC33264DM-5.0

The MC33264DM-5.0 is one member of the MC33264 family which is designed as the micropower smallCAP voltage regulators with on-off control. This device features a very low quiescent current (100 mA in the ON mode; 0.1 mA in the OFF mode), and are capable of supplying output currents up to 100 mA. Internal current and thermal limiting protection is provided.
