MC68B09

The MC68B09 is designed as one kind of 8-bit single-chip microcontroller init (MCU) which significantly enhances the capabilities of the MC6800 family of parts. MC68B09 includes and upgraded M6800 microprocessor unit with upward-source and object-code compatibility. Exexution times of key instructions have been improved and several new instructions have been added including an unsigned multiply. This device can function as a monolithic microcontroller or can be expanded to a 64K byte address space.
