The MCM6246WJ17R2 is one member of the MCM6246 family which is designed as the 512K x 8 bit static random access memory that is equipped with chip enable (E) and output enable (G) pins, allowing for greater system flexibility and eliminating bus contention problems. Also this device is available in a 400 mil, 36lead surfacemount SOJ package.
