MGLS12864T-65 General Description
This is the general description:The first one is 128 x 64 dot matrix FSTN LV2 positive black & white reflective dot matrix LCD graphic module. And secondly, viewing direction is 6 o'clock. Thirdly, Driving scheme: 1/64 multiplexed drive, 1/9.3 bias. Fourthly, 'Toshiba' T6963C flat pack or equivalent dot matrix LCD controller. Fifthly, 'Toshiba' T6A39 flat pack or equivalent dot matrix liquid crystal graphic display column drivers. And the sixth is 'Toshiba' T6A40 flat pack or equivalent dot matrix liquid crystal graphic display row driver. The seventh is 8K byte display SRAM. The eighth is Enhancement film TDF '3M'. The last is FPC Connection.
And this is the Electrical Maximum Ratings for IC Only: Firstly,Supply voltage (Logic & LCD) is between -0.3 and +7.0 V. Supply voltage (LCD drive) (Built-in) is between -0.3 and +30.0 V. and the Input voltage is between -0.3 and VDD+0.3. And secondly, there are also some notes, which are: The modules may be destroyed if they are used beyond the absolute maximum ratings. All voltage values are referenced to VSS = 0V. And thirdly, they are the LCD Cosmetic Conditions: firstly, Reference document follow VL-QUA-012A. And secondly, LCD size of the product is small.
At last, remarks are given, which are: Firstly, Identification labels will be stuck on the module without obstructing the viewing area of display. Secondly, Varitronix does not responsible for any polarizer defect after the protective film has been removed from the display.
