The MSM5188 is a kind of static CMOS RAM organized as 16384 words by 4 bits. It features 5 V single power supply operation and direct TTL input/output compatibility. Because the circuitry is completely static, external clock and refreshing operations are unnecessary which makes the device very easy to use. The device is available in a 22-pin slim package. There are some features as follows: (1)single 5 V supply (±10%); (2)completely static operation; (3)operating temperature range, Ta: 0 to 70; (4)low power dissipation: standby: 11 mW max; operation: 605 mW max; (5)access time: 45/55/70 ns; (6)direct TTL compatible (input and output); (7)3-state output; (8)22 pin DIP package (300 mil width).
