General Description
MSM5839BGS General Description
The MSM5839BGS is a dot matrix LCD segment driver LSI which is fabricated using low power CMOS metal gate technology. This LSI consists of two 20-bit shift registers, two 20-bit latches,a 40-bit level shifter and a 40-bit 4-level driver. The feature of MSM5839BGS are as follows: (1)Supply voltage : 4.5 to 5.5V; (2)LCD driving voltage : 8 to 18V; (3)Applicable LCD duty : 1/16 to 1/128; (4)Bias voltage can be supplied externally.; (5)56-pin plastic QFP (QFP56-P-910-K); (6)56-pin plastic QFP (QFP56-P-910-L); (7)56-pin-V plastic QFP (QFP56-P-910-VK).
The absolute maximum ratings of the MSM5839BGS are: (1)Supply Voltage (1): 0.3 to 6 V ; (2)Supply Voltage (2): 0 to 18 V ; (3)Input Voltage: 0.3 to VDD+0.3 V ; (4)Storage temperature: 55 to +150 °C.
