MSM7512BGS-KR1-7

The MSM7512BGS-KR1-7 is a kind of OKI semiconductor which is useful for the ITU-T V.23 modem, for examples, low cost built-in modems,telecontrol systems, home security systems, etc.It has many unique features: (1) conforms to ITU-T V.23, 1200 bps Half Duplex; (2) conforms to ITU-T V.23, 75 bps transmitter; (3) single power supply is +3 V to +5 V; (4) low power consumption; (5) line hybrid circuit on chip; (6) 3.579545 MHz crystal oscillator.

There are some absolute maximum ratings about it. (1): power supply voltage(VDD) is -0.3 V to +7 V max when Ta is 25 ,with respect to GND; (2): input voltage(Vin) is -0.3 V to VDD +0.3 V when Ta is 25, with respect to GND; (3): storage temperature(Tstg) is -55 to 150.

Otherwise,there are also some recommended operating conditions about it. (1): power supply voltage(VDD) is +2.7 V min and +5.5 V max; (2): operating temperature(Top) is -40 min to +85; (3): input clock frequency(fCLK) is -0.1% min and +0.1% max(to 3.579545 MHz); (4): VDD bypass capacitor (CVDD) is 10 uF min(VDD_GND).
