MUH1PB

The MUH1PB is designed as one kind of surface mount ultrafast rectifiers for use in secondary rectification and freewheeling for ultrafast switching speeds ac-to-ac and dc-to-dc converters.

It has nine features. (1)Very low profile: typical height of 0.65mm. (2)Ideal for automated placement. (3)Oxide planar chip junction. (4)Low forward voltage drop, low power losses. (5)Ultrafast recovery times for high frequency. (6)Meets MSL level 1, per J-STD-020C, LF maximum peak of 260°C. (7)AEC-Q101 qualified. (8)Compliant to RoHS directive 2002/95/EC and in accordance to WEEE 2002/96/EC. (9)Halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21 definition. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage would be 100V. (2)Its maximum average forward rectified current would be 1.0A. (3)Its peak forward surge current 10 ms single half sine-wave superimposed on rated load would be 10A. (4)Its operating junction and storage temperature range would be from -55°C to +175°C. It should be noted that stresses above those values listed in the absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics are concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its maximum instantaneous forward voltage would be typ 0.9V at If=0.5A, Ta=25°C and would be typ 1.0V and max 1.05V at If=1.0A, Ta=25°C and would be typ 0.72V at If=0.5A, Ta=125°C and would be typ 0.82V and max 0.9V at If=1.0A, Ta=125°C. (2)Its maximum reverse current would be max 1.0uA at Vr=25°C and would be typ 3.0uA and max 15uA at Ta=125°C. (3)Its maximum reverse recovery time would be typ 19ns and max 25ns. (4)Its typical reverse recovery time would be typ 29ns and max 40ns. (5)Its typical softness factor would be typ 0.5. And so on.
