MX27C256QC-10

The MX27C256QC-10 is designed as a 5V only, 256K-bit, ultraviolet erasable rpogrammable read only memory. It is organized as 32K by 8 bits, operates from a single +5V supply, has a static location programming. All programming signals are TTL levels, requiring a single pulse.

It has nine features. (1)32Kx8 organization. (2)Single +5V power supply. (3)+12.5V programming voltage. (4)Fast access time 100ns. (5)Totally static operation. (6)Completely TTL compatible. (7)Operating current 30mA. (8)Standby current 100uA. (9)Package type is 32-pin PLCC. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its ambient operating temperature range would be from -40°C to 85°C. (2)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 125°C. (3)Its applied input voltage would be from -0.5V to 7.0V. (4)Its applied output voltage would be from -0.5V to Vcc+0.5V. (5)Its Vcc to ground potential would be from -0.5V to 7.0V. (6)Its A9 & Vpp would be from -0.5V to 13.5V. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics are concluded as follow. (1)Its output high voltage would be min 2.4V. (2)Its output low voltage would be max 0.4V. (3)Its input high voltage would be min 2.0V and max Vcc+0.5V. (4)Its input low voltage would be min -0.3V and max 0.8V. (5)Its input leakage current would be min -10uA and max 10uA. (6)Its output leakage current would be min -10uA and max 10uA. (7)Its Vcc power down current would be max 100uA. (8)Its Vcc standby current would be max 1.5mA.
