NE600

The NE600 is a combined low noise amplifier(LNA)and mixer desiged for high-performance low-power communication systems from 800-1200MHz.The low-noise preamplifer has a 2dB noise figure at 900MHz with 16dB gain and an IM3 intercept of -10dBm at the input.Input and output impedances of NE600 are 50 and the gain is stabillized by on-chip compensation to vary less than ±0.5dB over the -40 to 85 temperature range.

Features of the NE600 are:(1)low current consumption:13mA nominal,4.2mA in the LNA thru mode; (2)excellent noise figure:2dB for the amplifier and 14dB for the mixer at 900MHz; (3)excellent gain stability versus temperature; (4)switchable overload capability; (5)amplifier matched to 50; (6)mixer input matched to 50; (7)oscillator input matched to 50.

The absolute maximum ratings of the NE600 can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage:-0.3 to 6.0V; (2)voltage applied to any other pin:-0.3 to (VCC+0.3)V; (3)VCC to VCCMAX:-0.3 to 0.3V; (4)any GND pin to any other GND pin:-0.3 to 0.3V; (5)PD:980mW; (6)maximum operating junction temperature:150; (7)maximum power input/output :20dBm; (8)storage temperature range:-65 to 150.
