NE605

The NE605 is a high performance monolithic low-power FMIF system incorporating a mixer/oscillator,two limiting intermediate frequency amplifiers,quactrature detector,muting,logarithmic received signal strength indicator(RSSI),and voltage regulator.The NE605 combines the functions of signetics'NE602 and NE604A,but features a higher mixer input intercept point,highter IF bandwidth(25MHz)and temperature compensated RSSI and limiters permitting higher performance application.

Features of the NE605 are:(1)low power consumption:5.7mA typical at 6V; (2)mixer input to >500MHz; (3)mixer conversion power gain of 13dB at 45MHz; (4)mixer noise figure of 4.6dB at 45 MHz; (5)XTAL oscillator effective to 150MHz(L.C. oscillator to 1GHz local oscillator can be injected); (6)102dB of 1F Amp/Limiter gain; (7)25MHz limiter small signal bandwidth; (8)temperature compensated logarithmic received signal strength indicator(RSSI)with a dynamic range in excess of 90dB.
