NE645

The NE645 is a monolithic audio noise reduction circuit designed as a direct replacement device for it in dolby b-type noise reductino systems.The NE645 is used to reduce the level of backaground noise introduced during recording and playback of audio signals on magnetic tape,and improve the noise level in FM broadcast reception.

Features of the NE645 are:(1)accurate record mode frequency response; (2)excellent frequency response tracking with temperature and VCC ±0.4 dB typical; (3)excellent back-to-back dynamic response-DC shift less than 20mV typical; (4)improved stability of all op amps ; (5)high reliability packageing.

The absolute maximum ratings of the NE645 can be summarized as:(1)VCC supply voltage:24V; (2)temperature range operating ambient:0~70; (3)storage temperature range:-65 to 150; (4)lead soldering temperature:30.
