NJM2147 General Description
The NJM2147 is designed as one kind of dual high voltage and low power operational amplifier. Features of the NJM2147 are:(1)high operating voltage: +/-8V to +/-28V;(2)high slew rate:0.5V / us typ.);(3)low operating current:175 uA typ.;(4)short-circuit protection;(5)package outline:DIP8, DMP8;(6)bipplar technology.
The absolute maximum ratings of the NJM2147 can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage:+/-30 V;(2)input voltage:+/-28 V;(3)differential input voltage:+/-30 V;(4)power dissipation:500 mW (DIP8) and 300 mW (DMP8);(5)operating temperature range:-40 to +85;(6)storage temperature range:-40 to +125.
