NJM2377 General Description
The NJM2377 is high speed switching regulator control IC- which can operate at low voltage. The NJM2377 consists of low power oscillation circuit, high precision reference, wide band his error amplifier, under voltage lockout circuit, and a totempole output circuit; which can drive an external Bipolar transistor directly.The NJH2377 is suitable for any potable system, NJM2377D TFT panel to note PC and especially power supply at video CD.
The features of NJM2377 can be summarized as (1)PINM type switching regulator control; (2)operating voltage (2.7~18V); (3)wide oscillator range (10~500kHz); (4)ON/OFF maximum duty cycle (Ton:Toff=9:1); (5)totem pole output; (6)soft-start function; (7)under voltage lockouts (U.V.L.0.); (8)bipolar technology; (9)package outline DIP8, DMP8, SSOP8.
The absolute maximum ratings of NJM2377 are (1)input voltage V+:18V; (2)reference output current IO: ±50 mA; (3)power dissipation PD: (DIPS) 700mW/(DMP8)300mW/(SSOP8)250mW; (4)operating temperature range TOPR: -40~+85°C; (5)storage temperature range TSTG: -50°C~+150°C.
