The NT5TU32M16AG-37B is a kind of 512Mb DDR2 SDRAM. It is a high-speed CMOS Double Data Rate 2 SDRAM containing 536,870,912 bits. It is internally configured as a quad-bank DRAM. The device operates with a single 1.8 V +/-0.1 V power supply and is available in BGA packages.
