Ultra low capacritance Electrostatic discharge(ESD) protection array in a small SOT23(TO-236AB) surface-mounted device(SMD)plastic package designed to protect one signal line in rail-to-rail configuration from the damage caused by ESD and other transients. the NUP1301 could be used in (1)telecommunication networks; (2)video line protection; (3)microcontroller protection; (4)antenna power supply; (5)analog audio; (6)class-D amplifier.
