      The OLM-O095CNC-02 is designed as 96 x RGB x 64 dots, 0.95"(diagonal), 65K color OLED panel, passive, graphic module.Its driving scheme would be 1/64 duty.Its driving IC would be SSD1332 (TCP).Its logic voltage would be 3.0V.It would have 8-bit 6800-series parallel interface, 8-bit 8080-series parallel interface or serial peripheral interface.
      Some absolute maximum ratings of OLM-O095CNC-02 (Ta=25°C unless otherwise specified, Vss= 0V) have been concluded into several points as follow.The first one is about its power supply voltage (logic) which would be min -0.3V and max +4.0V.The second one is about its power supply voltage (driving) which would be min 0V and max +18V.The third one is about its input voltage which would be min Vss-0.3 V and max Vdd+0.3 V.Something should be noted that the maximum ratings are those values beyond which damage to the device may occur.functional operation should be restricted to the limits in the electrical characteristics tables or pin description.The fourth one is about its ambient temperature which would be from -20 to +60°C for operating temperature and would be from -30 to +80°C for storage temoerature with condition of dry.
