      The OVLFG3C7 is a high- intensity InGaN LED mounted in a clear plastic package.The OVLFG3C7 has three features.The first one is that its UV-resistant epoxy lens makes this device an optimal solution for outdoor applications.The second one is that the LED provides high brightness with well-defined spatial radiation patterns.The third one is green (525 nm).So OVLFG3C7 is ideal for traffic and pedestrian signals,signage and architectural lighting,backlighting and automotive.
      The OVLFG3C7 has some absolute maximum ratings at TA=25.The continuous forward current (design of heat dissipation should be considered) is 20 mA.The peak forward current is 50 mA when duty cycle=1/10 at 1 KHz.The Operating temperature range is from -40 to +85.The storage temperature range is from -40 to +100.The lead soldering temperature (3mm from the base of the epoxy bulb) is 260 when solder time less than 5 seconds at temperature extreme.The reverse voltage is 5 V.The power dissipation is 100 mW.The current linearity vs.ambient temperature is -0.2 mA/.The LED junction temperature is 125.
