      When TA = 25 unless otherwise noted, OVLJBGD8's absolute maximum ratings : storage temperature range is from -40 to 100 ,  operating temperature range is from -40 to +95 , reverse voltage is 5 V, continuous forward current2  is 25 mA, peak forward current (10% duty cycle, 1KHz) is 100 mA,  power dissipation is 105 mW, and the lead soldering temperature (3mm from the base of the epoxy bulb) is  260. There is a note here is solder time less than 5 seconds at temperature extreme.
