      The OVSTRGBBCR8 has five features.The first one is that The OVSTRGBBCR8 package design provides wide viewing angle.The second one is full-color red/green/blue.The third is about PLCC package.The fourth one is high performance.The last one is tuneable color mix.
      The OVSTRGBBCR8 can be applied to automotive interior lighting,amusement equipment,indoor and outdoor displays,information boards,backlighting,camera flash,portable appliances and RGBfull-color displays.
      The OVSTRGBBCR8 has some absolute maximum ratings at TA=25.The peak forwaed current(10% duty cycle,PW100 sec) is 200 mA in red and 100 mA in green/blue.The reverse voltage is 5 V in red/green/blue.The junction temperature is 110 in red/green/blue.The storage and operating temperature is from -40 to +100 in red/green/blue.The continuous forward current(single color light) is 80 mA in red/green/blue.The power dissipation is 260 mW in red and 410 mW in green/blue.The junction/ambient(1 chip on) is 250 /W in red and 210 /W in green/blue under the condition of mounted on PCBoard FR4(pad size40 m).The junction/ambient(3 chip on) is 500 /W in red and 300 /W in green/blue under the condition of mounted on PCBoard FR4(pad size40 m).The junction/solder point(1 chip on) is 150 /W in red and 130 /W in green/blue.The junction/solder point(3 chip on) is 150 /W in red and 160 /W in green/blue.
