The PG-101 reflective sensor combian high-output GaAs IRED and high-output power photodarlington in a miniature 3-terminal single-in-line package, reducing installation spece which has six unique features: The first one is high performance. The second one is high-output. The third one is widely applicable.The forth one is it is easy to mount on P.C.N.The fifth one is three terminals. The sixth one is compact and low profile package(t is 1.6mm).At the same time, it also has four applications. The first one is timing sensors. The second one is edge sensors. The third one is coplers.The forth one is Micro floppy disk drives.

Reverse current(IR) is 10 A max when VR is 5 V. Capacitance(Ct) is 25 pF typ when V is 0 V and f is 1 kHz. Peak wavelength is 940 nm typ.Output:Collector dark current(I_CEO) is 3A max when V_CE is 10 V. Light current(I_L) is 5 mA typ when VCE is 10 V and IF is 4 mA.
