Description

The PIC12F683-I/SN is designed as one kind of 8-pin flash-based, 8-bit CMOS microcontroller that is available in 8-pin PDIP, SOIC and DFN-S packages. This device has a 13-bit program counter capable of addressing an 8k x 14 program memory space.
