The PJ-0A20X Series of temperature compensated quartz crystal oscillators provide CMOS compatible signals. PJ-0A20X has many unique features: The first one is frequency range is 10.0MHz to 52.0MHz. The second one is user specified tolerance. The third one is it will withstand SMD reflow temperatures of 253°C for 4 minutes maximum. The forth one is space-saving alternative to discrete component oscillators. The fifth one is high shock resistance which is up to 3000g.The sixth one is metal lid electrically connected to ground to reduce EMI. The seventh one is double sealed case. The eighth one is high reliability. The ninth one is qualified for crystal oscillator start-up conditions. The tenth one is low Jitter - Wavecrest jitter characterization available. The eleventh one is high Q Crystal actively tuned oscillator circuit. The twelfth one is power supply decoupling internal,etc.

There are some general characteristics about PJ-0A20X.Supply voltage(VDD) is 4.75 V min, 5.0 V typ and 5.25 V max when it is at 5V±5%.Supply current(IDD) is o mA min, 4 mA typ and 8 mA max when it is no load.Output current(Io) is 0 mA min and ±25.0 mA max. Operating temperature(Ta) is -40 min and 85 max.Storage temperature(Ts) is -55 to 125.Power dissipation(PD) is 42 mW max. Load is 15 pf max. Start-up time is 20 ms max. It also has some electrical characteristics . Frequency is 10.000 MHz min and 52.000 MHz max. Duty cycle is 45/55% min and 55/45% max when it is at VDD/2. Logic 0 is 0.2 V when it is at 600 uA. Logic 1 is VDD-0.2 V min when it is at 600 uA. Rise and fall time (tr, tf) are 2 ns max(10% to 90%).
