PLI-13ME represents ultra compact photo interrupter. Molded in plastic incorporating visitble-ray shut-off filter ofr minimizing the influences of external rays.It has three unique features: the first one is ultra compact. The second one is minimum influence of external rays. The third one is low saturated voltage in collector-emitter.And it can be applied to light-controlled equipments cameras, FDD.

Tstg is -30 to +100.Otherwise, there are also some electrical-optical characteristics about it. VF is 1.25V typ and 1.5 V max when IF is 50 mA. IR is 10 uAmax when VR is 5 V. CT is 50 pF typ when VR is 0 V and f is 1 MHz. ICEO is 0.5 uA max when VCE is 10 V. BVCEO is 30 V min when ICE is 50 uA.BVECO is 5 V min when IEC is 50 uA. IC is 0.7 mA min,2.5 mA and 4.5 mA max when VCE is 5 V and IF is 20 mA. VCE(sat) is 0.3 V max when IF is 20 mA and Ic is 0.3 mA.
