General Description
PM2503 General Description
The PM2202 is designed as one kind of GaAs negative resistance (-R) RF IC device that requires only a 3.0 to 5.0 volt bias and a 40 mA supply current. This device contains a fundamental oscillator, integrated matching network, buffer amplifier and all bias networks.
Features of the PM2202 are:(1)3 to 5 Volt single supply;(2)output power 14 dBm @ 5 V;(3)low cost surface mountable;(4)buffered AC coupled output.
The absolute maximum ratings of the PM2202 can be summarized as:(1)DC drain voltage: +8.0 V;(2)RF input power: +15.0 dBm;(3)operating baseplate temperature: -40 to +85 ;(4)junction temperature: +150 ;(5)storage temperature range: -65 to +150 .
