The PM5CTM060 is designed as one kind of converter-brake-inverter module that can be used in electric braking operations, three phase synchronous or asynchronous motor and input from single or three phase grid. Features of the PM5CTM060 are:(1)package with DCB ceramic base plate; (2)high level of integration - only one power semiconductor module required for the whole drive; (3)planar glass passivated chips; (4)NPT IGBT technology with low saturation voltage, low switching losses, high RBSOA and short circuit ruggedness; (5)epitaxial free wheeling diodes with hiperfast and soft reverse recovery; (6)temperature sense included; (7)leads suitable for PC board soldering; (8)UL Release applied.
