General Description
PMB2314-T General Description
The PMB2314-T is designed for use in mobile radio communication devices up to 2100MHz and upconversion systems up 2500MHz. It can be swtiched to a low-power standby mode. The ratio of it is 1:64/65 or 1:128/129 depending on the external circuit configuration.
The absolute maximum ratings of the PMB2314-T can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage:-0.3V to 6V;(2)input level:2V(Us=0V);(3)voltage swing:-2V to 2V;(4)input level:-0.2V to Us+0.7V or 5.5V if Us+0.7>5.5V(Us=2.7V-5.5V);(5)output level:Us;(6)output current:5mA;(7)junction temperature:125;(8)storage temperature:-65 to 125;(9)thermal resistance system-ambient:185K/W;(10)ambient temperature:-40 to +85.
The AC/DC characteristics of the PMB2314-T are:(1)supply current standby-mode:0.1mA(inputs RF-grounded,output open,STB=GND);(2)input level dynamic range:-20dBm to 4dBm(100-1500MHz), -20dBm to -3dBm(2100MHz);(3)internal current source:;400uA(4)voltage high:(Vs-0.1)V to Vs;(5)voltage low:GND to 0.8V;(6)input current high:60uA;(7)input current low:30uA.
