The PT9730 series is designed as one kind of UHF power transistors which primarily for wideband,large-signal output and driver amplifier stages in the 30 to 200 MHz frequency range.It is produced by Motorola semiconductor.Also PT9730 series has some features:(1)deisgned for class C or class AB power amplifiers;(2)specified 28 volt,175 MHz characteristics:output power--4 to 25 watts;power gain--10 to 13 dB,min;collector efficiency--60%,min;(3)gold metallization for improved reliability;(4)diffused ballast resistors.
