The PT9783 is designed as one kind of SSB power transistors which primarily for wideband,large-signal output and driver amplifier stages in the 2 to 30 MHz frequency range.It is produced by Motorola semiconductor.Also PT9783 has some features:(1)deisgned for class C or class AB power amplifiers;(2)specified 28 volt,28 MHz characteristics:output power--100 watts;power gain--14 dB,min;(3)gold metallization for improved reliability;(4)diffused ballast resistors;(5)100% tested for load mismatch at all phase angles with 1 VSWR.
