Q4413

The Q4413 is designed as echo channeller / variable rate vocoder which is a fu-duplex speech encoder and decoder that produces toll-quality speech at compressed data rates of under 13.3 kilobits per seconds. It provides a single-chip solution to the speech compression requirements for digital telephone, wireless communications, voice storage, and speech synthesis systems. It als contains an optional network echo canceller which meets the latest version of the proprietary QUALCOMM codebook excited linear predictive speech coding algorithm called purevoice to achieve the quality of a wired phone at low data rates.

Some absolute maximum ratings of Q4413 have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -65°C to +150°C. The next one is about its operating temperature range which would be from -40°C to +85°C. The next one is about its junction temperature which would be max +125°C. The next one is about its voltage on any input pin which would be min -0.5V and max +5.75V. It should be noted that stresses above those listed under "absolute maximum ratings" may cause permanent damage to the device. These are stress ratings only and functional operation of the device at these or any other conditions above those indicated in the operational sections of thos specifications is not implied.

Also there are some DC characteristics about Q4413. The first one is about its supply voltage which would be min 4.75V and max 5.25V. The next one is about its high level input voltage (non-clock inputs) which would be min 0.7 X Vdd. The next one si about its low level input voltage (non-clock inputs) which would be max 0.3 X Vdd V. The next one si about its colck high level input voltage (TTL input) which would be min 2.0V.
