QMC-100

The QMC-100 is designed as phase modulators.

QMC-100 has four features. The first one is octave & multi-octave bandwidth. The second one is good ohase & amplitude balance. The third one is hermetically sealed metallic enclosure with bent leads or plug-in version. The fourth one is capable of meeing MIL-M-28837 requirements. That are all the features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of QMC-100 have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its input power which would be 100mW. The second one is about its control current which would be +40mA. The third one is about its temperature range which would be from -55°C to 100°C.

Also some specifications about QMC-100. The first one is about its frequency range which would be from 50 to 100MHz. The second one is insertion loss which would be typ 5.6dB and ax 7.5dB. The third one is about its amolitude unbal. which would be typ 0.2dB and max 0.8dB. The fourth one is about its phase unbal, which would be typ ±3° and max ±6°. The fifth one is about its 1 dB compression which would be typ 4dBm. The sixth one is about its VSWR which would be typ 1.5:1 for input and would be typ 1.9:1 for output. That are all the main specifications. And some notes about it. The first one is all data taken at control current ±20mA. The second one is control parts drive with 50ohms source. The third one is available only with SMA connectors. The fourth one is refer to table of contents for quality control procedures, environmental specifications and absolute maximum ratngs. And so on.
