RE5VL

The RE5VL is one kind of voltage detector IC with high detector threshold accuracy and ultra-low supply current by CMOS process. Each of this IC RE5VL consists of a voltage reference unit, a comparator, resistors for voltage detection, and output driver and a hysteresis circuit. This device can be used in CPU & logic circuit reset, battery checker, window comparator, wave shaping circuit, battery back-up circuit and power failure detector.

Features of the RE5VL are:(1)ultra-low supply current:typ.1.0 uA (VDD=3.0V);(2)broad operating voltage range:1.5 to 1.0 V;(3)detector threshold:stepwise setting with a step of 0.1V in the voltage of 2.0V to 6.0V is possible (refer to selection guide);(4)high accuracy detector threshold:+/-2.5%;(5)low tempera-ture-drift coefficient of detector threshold:typ. +/-100 ppm/;(6)two output type:Nch open drain and CMOS;(7)three types of packages:TO-92, SOT-89.
