RF2423

The RF2423 is a monolithic integrated transmitter RF2423 IC apable of universal direct modulation for UHF AM, PM, rcompound carriers. The transmitter may be used tand-alone for applications requiring not more than 00mW output power, or RF2423 may be used to drive a final ower amplifier. The maximum output level is 100mW, nd is adjustable over a 25dB range by a single positive oltage. This low-cost IC implements differential amplifiers or the modulation inputs, 90 degree carrier phase hift network, carrier limiting amplifiers, two matched doubly- alanced mixers, variable gain summing amplifier for evel control, and 100mW linear (class AB) output amplifier.
