RF3100-3K General Description
The RF3100-3K is a high-power, high-efficiency linear amplifier IC targeting 3V hand-held systems. The features of RF340 are: (1)Input/Output Internally Matched@50; (2)Single 3V Supply; (3)28dBm Linear Output Power; (4)-141dBm/Hz Noise Power; (5)35% Linear Efficiency; (6)45mA Idle Current (Low Power Mode).
The following is about the absolute maximum ratings of RF3100-3K: (1)Supply Voltage(RF off): +8.0 VDC ; (2)Supply Voltage (POUT28dBm): +5.2 VDC ; (3)Mode Voltage (VREG): +4.2 VDC ; (4)Control Voltage (VMODE): +3.5 VDC ; (5)Input RF Power: +10 dBm ; (6)Operating Ambient Temperature: -30 to +110 ; (7)Storage Temperature: -30 to +150 .
