RT9167-50GP

The RT9167-50GP is designed as one kind of low-noise, fixed output voltage,300mA / 500mA LDO regulator that can be used in (1)cellular telephones; (2)laptop, notebook, and palmtop computers; (3)battery-powered equipment; (4)hand-held equipment. And this device uses an internal PMOS as the pass device, which does not cause extra GND current in heavy load and dropout conditions.
