Description

S-1000 series use the CMOS technology, high-precision voltage detector IC. Detection voltage is fixed internally with an accuracy of ± 1.0%. Consumption current  is 350 nA (typ) ultra-low current consumption. It is available on the output N-channel open drain output and CMOS. Compared with the CMOS voltage detector , it emplements the precision, ultra-low current consumption and small package, so the  S-1000 is suitable for portable devices.
