S-2812A has twelve features. (1)Access time 150ns. (2)Low power consumption 30mA max for operating and 1uA max for standby. (3)Operating voltage range would be from 1.8V to 5.5V for read and 2.7V to 5.5V for write. (4)Write inhibition 2.1V typ. (5)Data polling. (6)With ready pin. (7)Page write for 32 bytes. (8)Rewritings 10^5 times. (9)Data retention 10 years. (10)Program noise immunity. (11)Package 28-pin DIP/SOP/TSOP. (12)Supply in bare chip is also available. Those are all the main fetaures.
Some absolute maximum ratings of S-2812A have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its power supply voltage would be from -0.3V to 7V. (2)Its input voltage would be from -0.3V to Vcc+0.3V. (3)Its output voltage would be from -0.3V to Vcc. (4)Its storage temperature range under bias would be from -50°C to 95°C. (5)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
