The S-2860B is designed as low power 8Kx8-bit parallel E2PROM. It features wide operating voltage range. Since provided with 32-byte page write function, it can performs fast programming operation.
S-2860B has eleven features. (1)Its access time would be 150ns. (2)Low power consumption which would be 30mA max operating and 1uA max standby. (3)Operating voltage range would be from 1.8V to 5.5V for read and 2.7V to 5.5V for write. (4)Write inhibition which would be typ 2.1V. (5)Data polling. (6)Page write for 32 bytes. (7)Rewritings 10^5 times. (8)Data retention 10 years. (9)Program noise immunity. (10)Package 28-pin SOP. (11)Supply in bare chip is also available. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of S-2860B have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its power supply voltage would be from -0.3V to 7.0V. (2)Its input voltage would be from -0.3V to Vcc+0.3V. (3)Its storage temperature under bias would be from -50°C to 95°C. (4)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C.
