S-29U131A has seven features. (1)Low power consumption would be 2.0uA max for standby and would be 0.6mA max at Vcc=3.6V for operating and would be 0.4mA max at Vcc=2.7V for operating. (2)Wide operating voltage range which would be 0.9V to 3.6V for write and would be 1.8V to 3.6V for read. (3)Sequential read capable. (4)Mempry protection. (5)Endurance 10^5 cycles/word.
