S-802

The S-802 is three-terminal negative voltage regulators made using a CMOS process.

Features of the S-802 are:(1)low power consumption;(2)small input/output voltage difference;(3)low temperature coefficient of output voltage;(4)wide operating voltage range;(5)good input stability:0.01%/V(typ);(6)TO-92 and SOT-89-3 mini-powermold plastic packages are available.

The absolute maximum ratings of the S-802 can be summarized as:(1)input voltage:-12V;(2)output voltage:(VIN-0.3)V to (VSS+0.3)V;(3)output current:100mA;(4)power dissipation:200mW;(5)operating temperature:-20 to +70;(6)storage temperature:-40 to +125.
