S-806L

The S-806L is a non-adjusting voltage detector made using a CMOS process.It is composed of a high-precision and low power consumption standard voltage source,a comparator,a hysteresis circuit, and an output driver.It is fixed internally.

The absolute maximum ratings of the S-806L can be summarized as:(1)power supply voltage:12.0V;(2)input voltage:(VSS-0.3)V to (VDD+0.3)V;(3)output voltage:(VSS-0.3)V to 12V;(4)output current:50mA;(5)power dissipation:200mW;(6)operating temperature:-20 to +75;(7)storage temperature:-40 to +125. Caution:Keep static electricity to a minimum.
